How do I get to these small areas in the recollection room? It's kinda bugging me out

I found a softlock in the slums. If you try to enter the doors of any of the houses, she'll say "it's too dangerous!" and move down one step before you regain control of the MC. If you try to enter the door of the house on the left, you won't have a space to move down and she'll be softlocked.

I think you have to get the cien save and THEN clear the game with true end to unlock everything which is some bullshit.
