You can find the most recent information on DL-site peperoncino and use google website translate.

No release date except "end of summer". I expect late august then as that is "end of summer".
-They would probably announce it if it was 2 weeks away.

On a side note, the new mechanic might be something to do with heroine types? Like Fire, Water, Grass, Etc. Wonder if goblins will also have a RNG attribute system.

Fable is almost entirely MTL, definitely has had the least work done of all the peperoncino games. There are no plans to improve it at this time though, so this is probably as good as it's gonna get.

No. The Complete Version is just the game with all DLC included to make it easier for people to buy. It added no content.
