If you use an old save then the quest will change to the status completed. To solve this problem, you need to use the save editor and change the parameter "MainQuest4Amazon" from 110 to 10
As I mentioned earlier I am not using an old save but that is what happens to my game when I start a game from the very start.

Well, looks like I'm not the only one having trouble using old saves with this update. Fortunately, starting a new game is relatively simple and you can skip to completing past the short stack. Leaves the christmas sidequest, shop girls, farm girl and bath girl to do which are all fairly quick if you speed the dialogue. Also you get to revisit scenes that are definitely improved since last I played them, smith girl especially.

I can barely find any new content in the past 3 updates.
based on 36.5 change log:
New (lewd) animations & CG - Goblin Layer encounters a bandit (who didn't skip leg day)
A certain government official shows up for a quick visit
Some outlaws try to unionize
how do you trigger those events?
I visited all places in town but nothing new seems to happen!
I can barely find any new content in the past 3 updates.

In the past 3 updates, the town hall girl said: "Sorry no new quest or goblin at the moment".
Probably it means I completed this game with 1.5 month ago update?!

It -most probably- won't work if you are using a previous save game file (i.e. you can't start the new quests).

You can use use an online save editor (search on the net). Easy to use though I don't recommend them: you never know what they modify really. Plus there are some limitations if you use them freely.

why can you get and buy boots that say goblin layer only, when the the goblin layer cant equip them, because they go in the same item slot as his unique armour? the muscles
