Just move them to growth room, and they'll grow to adults. Their consumption is minimal unless a woman is assigned to feed them.
If necessary, build more growth rooms.
If you have unlocked automation, moving babies and their mothers out of birth rooms can be automated.
there is some way that i can improve performance in the game? i don't know what is happening, since my PC has good specifications... but is a bit laggy, can someone help me with it?
I'm having the same problem, and the performance tends to degrade as game session goes on. I guess there is some kind of leak there.
The game not allowing us to do anything while the game is paused also makes it hard to solve things.

My guess is that, as you continues to play and put more rooms, the game need more effort to render all... so i tried to make the most efficient but low numbers of rooms at the limit.
I can share the layout if you want, so you can used it, for me, it didn't changed nothing... but it is almost 100% automated...
Is there any use for the Priestess? The Farm girl helps with milk generation, but I can't find any special things for the priestess to do.
"Family friendly" covers the butcher room with a giant sackcloth. Which isn't great, but at least you don't get to see dismembered people in there.
Camera can only be rotated when you're viewing a room or one of the people inside it, and thus, have fixed point you're looking at.

As far as we know, the game is in development. The updates take their time to appear (about once every 2 months), but they usually bring reasonably large changes.
I am under impression that the developer talks to users on Patreon more regularly, but I only bought the game on Steam.

Children are likely to inherit traits of their parents. Keep children with this trait so that you can exploit this trait, discard the rest.
Or something like that.
I am not really familiar with the game's inheritance mechanics either, because the game is, in many ways, too troublesome.
This I agree. The lack of non-cannibalism options is a major flaw, in my opinion.
