Storywise, it's finished. You can use the sandbox mode once you have defeated the kingdom. Don't let you confuse by the version numbers. ;)
Happy pillow is working right now on a new game.
I checked the patreon, the steam page, and then subbed to the patreon and checked the discord. Where does he say that he's finished with this game? He talks about working on a new game, but it's explicitly clear he's still updating this one.
Last update on the discord was 30/10/24 saying the next update would be out in around 2 weeks.

I also checked his itch.io page, where he still lists the updates roadmap: new rooms, expanded touching minigames, etc.

Are there any gameplay changes that would change anything on the v0.12 walkthrough? Based on what I'm seeing in changelog for .13+.14 it appears to all be bug fix or aesthetic.

Just trying to figure out if I need to replay game and update walkthrough, or just change the version number. If game didn't take 8+ hours to finish I'd just look myself. And if the game development is complete, I'll mark it as such in the walkthrough.

I don´t think it´s 100% needed.
Here´s what I found regarding changes between those versions:

Version 0.129
  • Bunch of bug fixes
  • Options to feed the new born - right click on them to decide what you want to allow/ban
  • Less randomness for females' body shape outcome
  • New sex animation for goblin
  • New female masturbation animation
  • New idle animations
  • Added small dialog with the paladin at sacrificial chamber for more info on how it works

Version 0.141
  • It is now possible to remove the new captives cell in sandbox mode.
  • Every spell in the sacrificial chamber has now 100% chance of success.
  • Fixed sandbox bug that did not save the goblins in the scene.
  • Fixed bug with the requests that removed goblins from the inventory.

So basically some QoL Improvments and the sandbox mode. Also easier for first time players to succed in the game.

Big Kudos to you for creating all those WT FAQs!

  • Adventurers Attack
    • Mini game which will be triggered by either story or random chance after requesting certain race of slaves
  • Added bridge points to cells; torture room, player room, hounds room
    • It is now possible to connect a delivery room with a hounds room and the system will transfer newborns accordingly
  • Improved gender swapping mechanic
    • Goblins are now equivalent to the goblinettes, rather than random race
    • The old character data should now be saved after gender swapping, this will allow to revert the gender swap
    • Traits will now also swap to their gender closest equivalent, eg, female “More milk” trait will become “Balls capacity” for males
  • Improved the character genetic transfer to the newborn
    • This upgrade should provide the newborns with their parents’ hair and skin colors. As until now it was all pre-made data which was lacking various combinations
  • Added option to get all new slaves undressed from the beginning
    • Small button near the “intake” options
  • Added option to sandbox to skip time which will basically spawn more slaves in the new captives cells and speed up the requests
  • Updated goblins UI
  • Added male on male content in the communal cells
    • This will be disabled from the beginning and can be turned on in the Gameplay settings
    • Enabling this will allow you to place males in the common rooms. It will work slightly different as the goblins will spawn less for males but in return they will give more build supplies once finished
  • Added option to destroy the New Captives cell which is spawned at the beginning of the game. Destroying this type of room will now require at least one other built elsewhere.
  • Added new cell with special monster - Nepenthes
    • Unlocked after reaching certain story point
    • It will provide little amount of food after slave is placed inside
    • This one has been the most annoying part of the update for me, thanks to the Blender’s export functionality and my lack of skills in tentacle animation. So I plan to revisit it in the future.

Awesome changelog, but there goes my carefully crafted automation system :) at least I have sandbox to try new aspects, now we just need a hero to supply the new version :)

The new version will take some time - it usually appears here at the same time it appears on Steam.

LOL I get what you are saying, and that fine, but to misquote so many other threads "This is a pirate site" and we are actually going to wait until the public release?

Walkthrough updated to v0.15. Main change is the attack minigame (which is straightforward to win), male on male content, and Nepenthes cell which opens up late in game.

Savegame added, available in walkthrough.

What I mean is, somebody has set up a piracy pipeline from Steam (where they paid once for the game), and they find it impractical to pirate from Patreon (where they have to pay every month). So I do not recommend getting one's hopes too high.

Yeah, carnivorous plant. I think I've killed a bunch of these in Mad Island.
Still, I have to ask - what are they in this game? Do they work as just a fancy alternative to butcher, or do they produce food endlessly after you put a slave in there?

Seems male/male content is bugged and doesn't lower their health when they're getting fugged.

Infinite build materials if you use them.

The slave doesn't die it seems.

The Nepenthes, or tentacle plant are used to gain some extra food. 3 food per circle, 6 times a day possibleto use = 18 units of food each plant (you could build more of course). Keep in mind, that the slaves still need something to eat, which lowers the income of food a bit.
