Seems like they are still at it, maybe they will experience some setbacks due to that, hope they can continue, but very likely they will finish they been at it for a time now, would be a waste of the time, at least I think that.
If you mean to see most thing of the game it will be the author Ci-en you can find it in twitter use the search and look up for their twitter and it always has the last update pinned.
Found them on Rusimarudou's Ci-en. He was constantly posting updates on goblin walker 2's development before he switched over to primarily developing Dungeon of Erotic master's sequel. I have no idea if Goblin walker 2 is now abandoned or if it's just been put on hold but I'm hoping for the best.
