Yes, soccer content will be avoidable in two ways: Not going on test day, or not passing the test.
Despite having this freedom, the path of soccer will have unique content that can be lost if avoidable. As well as other paths.

Yep, I figured that out, it's the same bug with rollback.
It's a problem with the programming variables and I've fixed it, it will come with the next update!

No, no. One of the characters the protagonist can relate to will be domineering. Each of the girls will have their own quirks and fetishes, I prefer to do so to give the player freedom of what content he wants to see.
