I forgot how fucked up stamina sytem is here. You can't bring her to orgasm if you don't have stamina points... Nothing new in the main story, according to hints some new massage, some new scenes with mother in bakery and in shower (I think new variations of scenes already present). Disappointing. Have to wait for 0.5.
Oh, and the "cheat" button doesn't work. Both on the old saves and on the new game.
Save from the end of version 0.3 with all fetishes on.
EDIT: Well, I saw "scenes" with mother in the bakery....
I'd just like to add "a huge" to my earlier "disappointment".
I think in order to catch pace and the whole story again, I'll have to start a new game on version 0.5.

Is this one of those games that you have to play/grind with all girls in order to progress with one you care? Coz I'll br frank, I'm only in for the mom.

Nevermind, found it, go to sleep earlier, like 15:00 and you get it automatically.

You have to manually rename the save. Just like any regular file. 68-5 means save will be available on page 68, save number 5. Rename i.e. to 1-1, then save will be available on page 1. Paste it into the folder with saves.
