Yes, but it's wise to only keep saves from final releases of each update, and not from the preview, alpha or beta ones. Many of the "bugs" reported here are caused by using savegames from testing versions of previous updates.

...no? you must understand that this game doesn't have multiple routes you can go (except the major good girl or bad girl theme), instead this is more like a web of possibilitys that you can go along the way. so there is no easy walkthrough.
but in your case, i can give you pointers to get there:
you should say you are optimistic about eric towards eva, or just generally appear faithful around eva, until you hit jack's gym. then you take only the one blue option where you would join if eva does too, say that eva seems into jack and don't warn her about his tricks. after that you can be the bad girl you want, just don't sermon eva at any time.

yeah but my bug* is still there although i keep replaying from start each new version.
*(if i didn't start anything with jack before i start the open relationship with eric, the jessica jack threesome scene won't be played even though i have the dialog options)
Yep, that's a bug from v0.12 that I think it was fixed for some time but then reappeared after some change was done to the code. It happens because if Ash didn't have sex with Jack before the threesome the game jumps to the scene in v0.9 between them, and Jess is not present there.
Let's hope it's fixed in the near future, is one of the few bugs that persist after various updates.

I don't know which walkthroughs you're referring to. First avoid Jack and let Tyrone bring Ash home after the first disco visit. Jack will deal with Eva what would make her going bad. Then you may go the bad Ash path as described in Ser Maggot's walkthroughs. You have access to them by clicking on walkthrough underneath the downlads on the very first page. For getting all scenes you should use dundun's scene guide. You might have to play the game through several times and I recommend to use several saves for each path you chose - there are more than enough slots - so if you think you missed a scene you don't have to start over from the beginning. Take your time and have fun.

Based on EvaKiss art up to now, I doubt you will see anything ridiculous. She likes to ground her images in the realistic. Please note, no one else in the game has pornstar-level breasts, so I think you'll only see them larger, not dirigible-sized.
I hope you're right. On the other hand, Jack and Tyrone's penises are dirigible-sized, so it can't be ruled out completely.

Personally, I'd only take the surgical route if the boobs ended up looking really natural and not plastic-ish. But that's me.
