You can just DL it and extract it to any location you want. I would NOT replace or delete a previous version yet since this is just the alpha and my have bugs still. When the final is out you can delete the old version or extract to the same folder and hit replace all when it ask.

You can delete it if you wish, I think your saves are stored elsewhere.
What I do is I have a folder called "Good Girl Gone Bad" where I leave the ZIP files then I extract them there and it's all set up for me.
It's good to keep more than one version because a new one might be unplayable and you'd have to re-download the last one.
It does it all for you anyway just unpack it in a new folder rather than extract in the same one, that could get messy.
