Well, this sounds interesting and I tried it. Having 60+bad/1 good I did as you wrote but ... . Enrico offers something to Ash, if she takes it they go to the gang, if not, Ash goes home. Well, there is another person she meets but no 'fucktoy'. So there must be something else that triggers this, we'll still have to find that out.

Your way is as good as it is bad, so as is keeping saves of each path.
There isn't really a good way to solve this issue, thanks to Eva branching paths the game offer an extremely widespread array of choices, this is both a good thing as it is bad, I love that we can branch it to anyway we desire but, this level of branching also cause quite the problem, I tried both ways: keeping saves of each branch and keeping a master game with all the important branching options highlighted.
In both ways my save folder was massive, I already erased my save folder something like five to six times everytime I felt it grew far larger than the optimal to have a proper control over it. So far the best choice for me is to keep page 1 to 10 for main branch options and page 11 to 15 with main saved paths making it 15 saves with good girl and 15 saves with bad girl (half those divided between thug and bimbo) anything more than this and the save becomes to complex to make any game play efficient.
This has been described within several posts here, simply remain his girlfriend (Ugh, not you, Ash of course).

I use unren to explore the news scenes in GGGB, but it's not a real CG. The png pics you obtain this way are not complete : you have the face in a picture, the arm in another one, the female body in a third, the male body in a fourth...
You shoud try the JDMOD to have the gallery option, so you can play all scenes independently, and all routes...

That is fine, the replacement isn't straight away, it is in place of Ash's 2nd gang gangbang had she accepted.
Keep playing another ingame day (so after another night at the club and meeting Iris for example) to the end of 0.21 and you'll probably see that scene now.

iris needs to really like you, you have to be in a relationship with dave obviously, be good enough friends towards nat so she invites you to go to a club, take dave with you and offer a threesome. dave then feels indebted to you and offers another threesome with a guy this time. say you want a girl instead and you can later invite iris for the fun

Well let me tell you, on all those saves you were a pretty shitty friend for Iris, the game script says the only requirement for you to be able to get Iris on a threesome is having a friendship value higher than 2. So yeah, if this option is not avaiable to you what a bad friend you were.
I on the other hand, regret deeply the fact we can't get Good Jessica in a threesome, this is one of the branching paths I was actually looking foward to delve into, being able to have Ash date Dave and Jessica would be perfect, this threesome could have been the very key to open this path, sadly this outcome didn't pop up, sure we can get Bad Jessica threesome but it felt more like Jessica was a hired escort that a partner

Anyone know exactly what determines whether or not Eva gets invited to Jessica's party, near the start of the game? Thanks.
I am not dead certain, but from my experience, if Jack puts his hand on your leg in the pool at gym (requires Badpoints 5 IIRC), Eva is not invited, if he goes for Eva, she is.
