Then there could be "Old Fart Strikes Back" (prrrrrrrt) and so on.
And anyway if, as EvaKiss has anticipated, her next project it will be a game set in a medieval-fantasy context, we have already revealed the protagonist: King Arthur.

I have no proof or anything(not a Patreon backer), but from playing the bimbo route is seems likely it would happen at some point on that route since Ashley has thought about making them bigger. Seems weird to put that line in the game if the current boobjob was all there was going to be. Plausible it could also happen by not being a Bimbo as well but it more story content would need to be put out for it to make sense for non Bimbo Ash's.
