Even if they were likable I don't think I'd be interested. Like I said, I don't like to pursue guys. I know some people are like "Oh man, I can't wait to see Tyrone's sexy fat cock!" but I'm more like "I have no attraction at all to guys, why would I want to bang one?". It's a matter of personal taste, honestly. I just have 0 interest in men sexually. Which makes most games with a female protag a hard pass for me. Yea, this is being called again and again the best game out there... Was asking myself the same thing... How is this not in the popular games section?
(I barely know half of the games in the 'popular' section)
Because popularity does not always equal quality... or we wouldn't have all those hugely popular and completely crappy reality shows on TV.
Games in "popular" section may be popular and have a lot of fans but as far as quality goes... well, that depend on the person. I tried all of them and they're all play, delete and forget they exist for me.

I don't think that's how most people approach games with a female MC. Think of it more like porn, you don't watch videos only starring the same guy, do you? It's fine if you do, that just seems weird to me. To me it's about choosing a playthrough, and relating to the guy she is choosing in that run. If you do the full bad girl path, it's like watching a female spotlight porn, like I enjoy "Tori Black is Pretty Filthy" because I like seeing Tori Black take dick in a variety of ways, not because I want to get fucked like Tori Black by a variety of guys.
Well in games you're making choices. So rather than being an observer you're a participant. You have a sexy girl and you're making her have sex with guys, you're pursuing other men. That just doesn't appeal to me. At that point there's not really that wide a gap between playing a game with a male protag and pursuing gay men.

This. Just because you're playing as a girl doesn't you're actually having sex with the dudes. I could maybe understand if he was saying he didn't like the one dimensional characters, and even that would be a stretch since this last update seemed to imply a darker past for Jack. For me it's about taking a female character that I find attractive and seeing her in different sexual situations, regardless of whether I like the male character or not. Not pursuing any of the scenes with men in this games just seems...horribly close minded and completely missing the point. But I guess this game is one of the best because you can do that and still get a good experience so whatever gets you going bud.
Where are you stuck in the Eva route? In order to get the lesbian scenes with her, Eva has to not be corrupted.
There's a walkthrough but it ends after v.0.5, then you are on your own because it isn't a updated version that I know of
