I don't know why, but I prefer the old coloring style. It's simple but it works. The new style makes it look a bit cartoonish, for the lack of a better term. It's a bit too bright and colorful, changes the mood and the atmosphere a bit.

I hope one day Eva is going to address issues like certain paths/scenes not making much sense or not working properly. This game has more choices than even Eva has anticipated it seems. Whether she decided to cut them during development or there are bugs preventing them from working properly, this game still needs a couple of patches. Then it'll finally achieve perfection.

I agree. The original style set it apart from other games. But i suppose if Evakiss is wants to try the new style she is entitled to it but i would prefer the original.

I agree about the patch too. The various options and endings are why this game is so great but yeah some small polishing needs to be made.

Damn that looks waaay better, if they found a way to trace porn and make it look not terrible I applaud them, Ive been around this game for the story, the art always bothered me, would be a huge improvement I hope their fans dont get angry at change, because thats what usually happen.

Definetely, a lot of people say this is the best adult VN they've ever played and I count myself upon them. Some people were on the fence about the art style at first but in the reviews everyone seems to agree that the artstyle grew on them. I liked it from the get go though, I think the drawn characters are way more sexy than 3D models. Unless they are very well rendered I always felt I was watching plastic dolls going at it...
And the upgraded style shown on that picture is a great improvement, I think it's better than the old one in every aspect. I guess the flat colors gave GGGB a unique style but this is like adding salt and pepper to your steak, it con only taste better

I admit I didn't like it at first and couldn't get into it but that was near the start before certain options were fleshed out.

Since then i've done the Jess and Eve routes and loved them and I just finished Jasmines which was really well done.
