Actually the art is hand drawn. He/she answered in a previous Q&A that Photoshop and a drawing tablet are the only things used here.

I certainly mean no offense, nor do I mean to argue, but if you like I can link all the models, poses, and such that they are using for the characters. Regardless, I do apologize if I stepped on toes. Now working with Daz models (the same used here and with the same poses and expressions precisely lining up), I would say these are Daz models with photoshop (of which you all know I am quite familiar) add-ons and actions.
