each girl has a path they can go down to change the content you get - even in this WIP version, that is true, so choice is important even if you don't see it as important because you can hook up with multiple girls. hell, other games can still be tagged ntr even if you can keep them to yourself without being forced ntr.
girls have paths that could lead to different stuff - like, your 'landlady', could potentially not end up with you. or potential future content, like iirc there's talk about the girl you live with dating someone else.
or potentially that friend's sister that it seems he's innapropriate with potentially able to sleep with you later, or the wannabe pornstar with a path where you help her get into a business of fucking dudes on camera... kinda seems pretty cuck worthy.
as for the 'sandbox', the point is a large area to have events happen in, not 'do whatever the hell you want whenever'. different kinda game means different reason for the sandbox nature. atm its pretty linear, but that could change later, since there is like at least 5 girls with different paths you can pursue, presumably they can be at different points rather than everything just being like reading a novel, having to go in a specific pattern.
