Personally I viewed the prostitute thing as the mc not really caring as opposed to white knighting but maybe I'm misremembering. Regarding Akira, he's a cunt, why would you let him have his way?

I didn't remember about that slut shame comment, agree there but cucking Akira (his bully) seems like a good first step towards the MC moving towards getting back at him instead of being a pussy and taking it. Don't forget Akira is not a "bro" and has been making MCs life hell at school.
In Japan before the so called now "first world" move towards rainbow hell... Traditionally, there was tolerance to homosexuality and even incest in most cases. Moreover, the prostitution in Japan wasn't too much bad seen as most in "occident", even considering that the nowadays Japan is ilegal, there is an overall sexual industry that leave "occident" like kids play, besides, there's a lot of women and girls working in prostitution there, but all of them will deny it to not get in trouble. MC in this game as most can be considered as an "Old Right" in Japan, originally he had the Rising Sun Flag in his room.

He was being petty and basically meddling, but again akira has been bullying him for a long time and considering MC in his past life was a loser till the end and has only started to change it would be stranger if he came out as an alpha male and being a badass all of a sudden.
If anything his relationship with his "friend" pisses me off more, it's clear early on that he treats him like utter trash and there should be an earlier option of cutting ties and seeking more info on him (leading to finding out what a pos he is).

Hmmm I think this is a bit of a cope/bad argument.
Consensual incest is actually legal in a lot of countries, even those you consider "occident", Japan has a lot of different type of porn and fetishes and while you might consider that free, the citizens themselves are quite conservative and sexually repressed (hence the need for extreme fetishes in porn).
Regarding the MC, just because he had a rising flag doesn't mean anything, outside of not "slut shaming" where does he display this so called "old right".

The flag was changed due to backlash or potential backlash, I forget. The rising sun flag gets a LOT of Korean and Chinese people in a twist for historical reasons.
He does change but so far he more of a cunning MC than anything else,for example even maxing macumbas training, MC still doesn't beat up the 3 stooges himself. He orchestrates macumba to do it for him.yeah, you are right. it fits to his character and to the story. sadly that doesnt make it less repulsive for me as the player though
i stopped playing at him agreeing to support the restaurant chick. has mc's behaviour changed considerably yet at the end of the version content (aside from the noriko paths)?

each girl has a path they can go down to change the content you get - even in this WIP version, that is true, so choice is important even if you don't see it as important because you can hook up with multiple girls. hell, other games can still be tagged ntr even if you can keep them to yourself without being forced ntr.
girls have paths that could lead to different stuff - like, your 'landlady', could potentially not end up with you. or potential future content, like iirc there's talk about the girl you live with dating someone else.
or potentially that friend's sister that it seems he's innapropriate with potentially able to sleep with you later, or the wannabe pornstar with a path where you help her get into a business of fucking dudes on camera... kinda seems pretty cuck worthy.
as for the 'sandbox', the point is a large area to have events happen in, not 'do whatever the hell you want whenever'. different kinda game means different reason for the sandbox nature. atm its pretty linear, but that could change later, since there is like at least 5 girls with different paths you can pursue, presumably they can be at different points rather than everything just being like reading a novel, having to go in a specific pattern.

Game has multiple routes per character, things like romance vs corruption but Dev has said more than once i believe that there won't be ntr, use the search function and maybe you'll find it.

I don't think that they, or the person they were quoting for their post knew what they were talking about. Seriously, there is no NTR in this game.
In one path, it gets close, but the MC stops it. That's the closest you get.
i was talking about the warning you get when you start the game: "if you reject chgaracters multiple times, they may even start seeing other people"

If you rejected characters multiple times then they can't really be considered "stolen" (NTR) from you when they move on.
Well group sex is planned for the future so I definitely can see those paths happening
