is Noriko story route not in the game yet? have 8.1 and after the conclusion of Sakuya's story there's a dev message with then all character quest showing completed and to wait for an update. I see in the gallery there has been stuff made for Noriko just wondering if maybe the story hasn't been added yet.

You have to choose to be a dick to her in the start to get her current route, the other route hasn't been added yet that will come in the next update.

... yeah. STEAM is not consistent with these rules. Either someone snitched to STEAM, the devs told STEAM about it, or favoritism like crazy especially when the Nekopara characters are like 9 months to 3 years.
