Click on the "?" icon, top right corner, some of your stats on this page will have ++/-- icons to modify them
You can also click on one of the ladies portrait. You'll see her stats and the similar ++/-- icons.

Is this game [Complete]? I am seeing a bunch of ending paths in the change log, however it is not tagged as such.

There is a final update coming. As it stands there are already several completed endings. Use the walkthrough to find them.

For those stuck progressing Lilly, try going into the middle confessional box once you buy a voice changer from the drk web; I spent forever not knowing there were 2 confession doors!
