Architect cancelled some of his planned content for the game, including that prison scene where it says content will be added. He should have removed that note, in order to avoid confusion. He was also going to add more NTR content in a planned "Royal Edition", but he got burned out and finished it so that he could move on to something else.
I don't blame him, I guess. It just sucks because this is probably the best porn game I've played. His extra, planned, content would have been welcome. The game ends rather abruptly and falls a bit flat, but everything leading up to it was excellent.

What is the determining factor for getting her pregnant? I was on the low mind path and trying to get her pregnant by the player but I must have missed something unless it's just a percentage chance based on fertility.

It's been a while but I think you had to max out their first sex scene together. I think it was hiding the pills originally and I think you need to have good trust with her. That's just going on what I can actually remember was well over a year since I did that scene so it's a little foggy for me.

After reading through some more of the thread I found that someone mentioned here a bug about the game not recognizing if the player came inside during that scene. It would actually seem like a pretty major issue if true since the only other scene between the player and Lara is oral or anal on the mind route. I guess it doesn't matter much now since the game isn't being worked on and there is the ending editor to see all the intended possibilities.
There is no android port.
You can use the saves, best option if you want this.

Same Question! I had issues with this the first playthrough. It seems unreasonably stupid to unlock them. Why can't they just implement propper galleries in these games for people that wana wank?
