You think I should bother with dropping a hotfix allowing to skip the one lesbian scene with a giant "do you want to skip" button in the flashback or should i pray that people will just press the renpy skip button and forget my sin?

Bro being honest i do hate forced lesbian content or when i am in harem mood, and if you made it optional sure you would have more players approval. But i'm tired of people here whining so much (not on this thread in specific, the complains i have read were pretty calm so far) so lately i am in the fuck it all mindset and tell the authors to write the story that they want.
But yeah, being realistic in a more maxing approval and income mindset making most tags optional is more advised, the final choice is always up to you. good luck mate.

Well a hotfix with one button should not be that hard. I will look up how to update the download links today and will drop the hotfix as soon as possible. Probably tomorrow if ill do it fast.

Yeah on one hand I had a mindset like this at the begining, but the more time i spent developing the more i realized that im not making this all only for myself but for people to play and enjoy so i need to take criticism very seriously and act accordingly.
But of course i agree, I will write what I want to write but this scene here is a big issue just like people pointed out.
I'll drop a quick hotfix tomorrow i think.

Yeah the problem is that this scene is a key point in setting up jade introduction in 1.2 and i base a big chunk of story on it. So i dont know how it could be avoided. Idk I think that i'll leave it as it is now and just focus on delivering 1.1 faster.

Might as well not change anything. You seem to have set your game up to be a poly/lesbian game. If your whole story is based on it might as well just keep a poly/lesbian game. I won't play it but I'm sure people who like that will.

Oh no not at all. Main plan was a harem and besides that i had planned 2 lesbian scenes total cause they were very fitting to the plot but rewriting them to be mc involved was actually way easier than i thought so the problem vanished very quickly.
Like the main problem is that i didnt think enough about how the lesbian scenes contradicted with harem. But yeah, we are on a good path now

And on the other hand- at least that little controversy brought a lot of attention to here so maybe that mistake was a blessing in disguise hahah

No problem too, a hotfix for now and a warning explaining your goal for the future in the OP post can help mitigate any impressions for now.
For the content in the game, optional scenes could be added in the next update giving the player more agency, like they only get the scenes if they initiate a dialogue option that could be locked or not by a toggle at the beginning of the game and such.

FrostMistGG I see no lesbian interactions planned after feedback. I guess the vocal minority got to you. Should be optional to make all players happy. Many actually like it and want it, not just the few people here who told you they hate it.

I would at least like some, at least some during group sex only, cause it makes it feel like group sex matters. It should of been optional, not just have none at all, so you can please both sides and not just a few players that are harem purists.

Just a let down, but good luck with your project, no point in wasting my time with this sad news Was very excited with goth girls, and such, but, oh well.

In dev notes saying there no more lesbian scenes planned, but here you saing there be in the group scenes. Better remove that from dev notes, and say there gonna be lesbianism in the group scenes (optional or not).

The only lesbian scene that is present in 1.0 it's there mostly to set up the background for 2 characters that will appear later in the story. I planned lesbian content but due to a lot of feedback i decided to write it out.

Cool, already bending to the demands of randoms... stick to your own vision man, make shit optional if you want to try and please everyone, but for every person who says 'i hate X' there's someone who likes it and you'll kill your own enthusiasm for making the game if you start cutting anything and everything you want to create just cause some gooner wrote a few paragraphs about their completely subjective preferences...

Even the gooners don't realize it's against their own interests, if a dev starts cutting content to please them and they then burn out due to being stuck creating content for appeasement instead of artistic passion then the game eventually gets abandoned and everyone misses out, including them... Just make the game you want to make, and tell the story that you want to tell...
