If you think that this is preachy - think again. This is just a simple warning. On the other hand when devs start giving "Evil" routes in their games only unsatisfying endings as "you shouldn't do such things or it'll end bad" then yea, that's when you want to draw a line.

this is common practice that removes any possible legal responsibility from the author in case someone gets "inspired" by the game. Insurance of sorts
