The game is a renpy clone, with less quality of life features. And ctrl skips all text instead of only watched text.

I don't know if it is actually a game or a kinetic novel. because after couple of minutes of talking the game gets stuck on a black screen when opening a green bottle. I thought it was maybe due to holding down ctrl so i restarted the game and this time spammed mouseclick instead of holding down ctrl. got stuck at the exact same spot
This was before any porn was encountered.

it is marked as final, and the only way to report the issue is to pay on patreon. I am not paying to report bugs. so I guess this is just unplayable then.

Neither of us can say, since we haven't played the game yet. That said, there are a number of games on this site where, if the game's event happened in real life, the MC would almost certainly encounter the legal system, whether in the form of sexual harassment lawsuits, or an actual criminal trial. Telling people "Don't try this in real life" is just one step shy of "don't let kids and babies play with plastic bags they could suffocate from": something that should be obvious common sense, but that you want to warn people about. Heck, this could be intended as a sarcastic joke regarding precisely that. The fact that you find this some sort of insulting command is just about enough to make me think this may be more necessary than it should be ( - mostly, at least).

On the other hand, perhaps the dev simply wants to clarify that the VN is just that, not his belief as to how reality *should* be. There are also games here where the dev is fairly clearly expressing just that.

It remind me a bit the disclaimer that JM put at the begining of some its work. Even without knowing the dev, I'm inclined to read that as an odly worded warning about content.
