How tf does the install for this game work?

I played all of Part 1 and then saved when it told me to save

Went to play Part 2 and it won't load the save?

If I start a new save in Part 2 it starts complaining about missing image files?

But, you installed Part 2 on the same directory as Part 1. They need to be on separate folders, each part one folder.
