Yeah, that is about the only thing that will bother me about some of these games. The guy bangs a half dozen women a day and never gets soft. Man, after one good session we all know we sleep! This is not entirely true. There are at least half-a-dozen scenes (in the entire 32 chapters) where his member is at least curved over and pointing straight down (I don't think it was any smaller though).

Not that it bothers me at all, but you can reduce the size of it as well ("penis length") which I think, if you were going for more realism, you could reduce the length a little when you adjust it to curve down and be flaccid. But... I don't expect realism in these. I do sometimes chuckle to myself at how I would collapse of exhaustion if I did it as much as they do in games. But... fun game anyhow.
