My guess would be not inmediate reward, somehow some see the Sexual act with Nana as a reward, that would explain the fixation with it.
Yeah! There are many games with drama like Summers Gone and more, where the sex scenes don't even stand out, don't people understand that this is a separate game where there is porn and where there is none at all? some people need to relax a little and move away from dark and dramatic games, sometimes they want something fun and at the same time a little humorous games...
