Updates have for a while been made available to patrons on the 1st and the 15th of every month. Around 12 days after that they are made Public here. So, something like the 13th and 27th of each month (provided they aren't leaked before the 12 days exclusive access for patrons).
Nothing, patreons just get the version bit earlier.
