I had to work really hard for mine. All those years in the military paid for my college so it wasn't always fun and games. I only studied when I wasn't deployed to some rat hole.

One of my partners in crime on those days of making a computer, went to Uni, masters and doctorates, BIG job at Siemens, BIGGER job even after that in Robotics. Another is still at NASA. Only me stayed, I was not built for that.

Genuinely sucks to read that the dev has apparently ditched her. I don't really care about Elaine or any of the other side characters, I just want Shawna back

She wasn't removed, she was just there for an early scene and she'll be back for another. That was always the plan with Shawna. If you mean removed from the relationship screen, it's because it was giving the impression that she was supposed to have more than that.

He got a degree in electronics engineering but mostly worked as an electrician during college.

The animations aren't about the money, they just take way too much time. An animated update takes about 6 weeks to make vs the usual 2 weeks for a non-animated.
