Small chance the next game will have animations but it definitely won't have sounds.

No, Nana is MC maternal grandmother. She's the mother of Liz, Amy and Anne (MC's mother). If you choose to have Tanya pregnant, she even said something like she's so happy that her and MC named their daughter Anne in memory of her daughter.
