Did I do an okay job writing the intro? Since it's early on, I didn't add any choices. I wonder if that tag is turning some people off the game. I haven't decided what direction I'll take the project in the long run.
Hey, i just wrote a review of your game, I think you did a fantastic job at writing the intro and for what is there, the lack of choices shouldn't hurt the game too much.
While I say that, I will also be honest and say that usually I stay away from Kinetic Novels. I like to have choices and even if they are simple, they make me feel more like I am playing a game and they make me more invested in the characters and the game itself.
I downloaded it because I thought the premise of the game looked original and I knew it wouldn't be too long so I thought I would give it a try but, in other games, I tend to not download them if they are kinetic novels.
My advice would be to not create a too complicated mess of branching storylines, as they can make your work too difficult and make also each update harder to put out, but give us some small agency, maybe with choices for which girl to date or not (so you would still create nearly the same amount of content for each update but we, as players, can decide if we are not interested in a particular girl and skip her content), also give us maybe options on how the MC interacts with the girls (with nearly the same renders and some small variations in conversations you can probably cover that) and, one of my personal favourites, give us options within the sex scenes themselves. I, for one, hate the whole "cuming on your belly" that is so typical of american porn and many VNs, and I like to be given a choice to creampie (with or without consequences down the line) or come on her face/mouth... etc. I know this would mean more work for you, but it won't cause branching stories and can already give some agency to the players.
