I'll just go out on a limb and guess that English isn't your first language and the word that you wanted to use earlier was "suggestion" and not "opinion". Using one word in place of the other changes the meaning of the sentence by a lot.

The hard part is that I have no clue what that is LOL. The game is confusing, and even more confusing when I don't read Japanese. I hate to be annoying and have to ask about where to even start with that.
I need a guide to find all the female enemies tbqh.

tbh not sure if my save is bugged. i did the noir escape quest but nothing triggered
