Guys, it's all explained nicely in pretty much every update log on Ci-En.
As for summoning, if you approach a save circle, try the same menu as for the selection of teleport and time travel. Now there should be a third option - summoning. It is an experimental feature so from that point on you will be unable to save the game and game might soft lock from time to time (happened often for the newest enemies like forgotten people).
Occupied village can be found through the "Test Area" door in VIVIs lab, through the third door and the red portal.

Dude, just cheat engine the hp. It is straight up the same value you see in game and takes less than 5s to find and lock.

Not entirely, although its not my kinda content, it is still, in the end, just breast feeding, no different to the baby breast feeding that was already in the game, and women have breast fed children into their teens so although its, REALLY, hugging the line its not actually depicting anything illegal, yet, anyway
