You unlock the cave by exploring the north mountains. And the cave (mines) at the top of the map is only unlocked in the full version after progressing the story if you mean that one.

You can get some in the Castle Basement by entering the black door when that option pops up while exploring.

How can I get into the north mountains?
Edit: you need to have successfully charmed the guy in the first town. Try to aim for at least 50 eroticism and then raise your charm by farming love potions by humans in the fishing spot or starting dungeon

To get the bad ending you need to visit Yaro castle after the event in the Amino castle where you find out that the ogres have been under attack. The game will tell you are going to get the bad ending before you enter Yaro castle.
