Downloaded, replaced, right clicked, unblocked in properties [file from another pc] and game works.

Go left, then try jumping onto the cliff, there's a hidden area there, nothing interesting going on there tho

You also need to have done every side quest prior to that I believe too. It's not worth worrying about it though as it's just some slight story talk and the final medicine recipe which is a cure all drug basically. But at that point in the game you should have tons of ingredients to make all medicine from the final boss fight if you farm it correctly so it's useless really.

how do i get the ・Insect bottle bc I dont know where it is and I trying reading the guilde but it didn't help me that much
Head backwards from the Endless Cave fast travel point, stay at the bottom and you should find this spot on the far left (destroy the blue bit depicted on the right), and standing where the red circle is will give you a prompt which you can interact with to get the Insect Bottle
First you need to let chosen(boss) have sex with your character so you can get the strange robe status you can find him in hidden silver mine then after you go to the rokkaku road and advance and you want to go in here and talk to the man you should get it

Corrected so that the sorcerer's restraint in bondage state is added to the "human restraint count"
Fixed a bug where Hachina would not transition to the climax animation due to the sorcerer's restraint when her development level was too high.
Added full screen settings
Corrected the incorrect name display during the opening conversation of the magic leakage treatment event (second time).
Text log now available in English and Chinese
Fixed an issue where it would become impossible to get off the top of the cover if you entered the room from above in the second battle area of the second Hidden Silver Mine map.
Corrected an issue where silk would disappear and not reappear when parasitic Mizuchi was restrained in Kirikinu Life Battle.
Fixed a bug where the weak point notation was not displayed when Suitsuki Spring was restrained.
Changed so that weakness is displayed on the resistance gauge even in hypnosis state
Changed to include a 64-bit version of the game (in addition to the 32-bit version) to reduce load.

Is there a way to respawn the spawner monster?
I mean the first one we can encounter in new game, it's gone when i try to see it again after i killed it
