This really blows my mind, I cannot fathom ho so many of you are genuinely complaining about Haley being the main point of a game called HALEY's story. You guys can't really be this dense, its like if you went and watched gay porn then got made because there's gay sex. WTF did you expect was going to happen.

No, not damage control. They're not undoing what has a couple peoples panties in a knot.
That happened and people who don't like it have to live with it and learn to cope with it like Haley is going to.

Because the game is called Haley's story maybe, and not Sandra's story? If you don't care about the character the game is about and want to make some happy pixel life with a side character. That kinda on you and not the game though.

There's a bug that sometimes happens with renpy games where it can corrupt your last save. If you've got a slightly older one just load it.

I just played this update. Previously I stated that this new development was poorly handled across the board and I stand by that sentiment. I'm not gonna repeat myself. What's said has been said. By many people. With that being said, I feel this update was the best one since this "Klaus arc" started. The conversations were meaningful and the characters had heart and that's all I ask for when playing these games.
One of my fears going into this arc was that this would turn into a drama-filled mess that makes it tough to enjoy. It's early so I still have this fear, but this update left the drama alone to build on the warmth of its characters, which was the best decision the writers have made in this entire story thus far. Adriana? Continuing from where the last version left off, she's the best she's ever been here as a character. By far. Victor continues to be one of the better male characters in adult games and Sandra continues to be a great girlfriend.
I said previously that this shift in tone had the potential to be a great move or a horrible one and that potential is still there. But it took a step in the right direction here. Drama for me works best when you don't have an overabundance of it. It just becomes exhausting and I become less and less interested in sticking around because so much negative energy ends up being piled on my shoulders and in this case, with this situation, it's negative energy I didn't anticipate being dropped on my shoulders while playing.
So yes, a much better update. I know the drama will escalate, but as long as there is a decent amount of warmth between these characters to help take off some negative energy, I'm all for seeing how this arc ends. Balance is key going forward.

I really liked this update and the situation about Haley's revelation probably will be concluded in the next one. I'm curious how it'll be her reaction when the MC presents that "someone" to her.

I dont see the point. To tell Haley's story "we" have to date her? Thats is really necessary? The way i see, her story can be told even if Haley and the MC are just brother and sister. If the MC marries Sandra, haley's story still can be told, this would only change a part of her story, but still would be her story.
I dont play the game anymore (after the last update) and i never liked Sandra, but i dont see why the MC cannot be with her if the person playing likes her more. MC and Sandra like a couple could help Haley to overcome her problems...
