Sorry to say this, but it will take one more day to finish up the update. Something in real life came up, and I have to take Sunday off from working on the update. This means it won't be done until Monday.
There is good news too. It's almost done. We finished up all the images, all the dialogue, almost everything. What's left is bugfixing, making a few photoshop corrections to a few images, etc... That takes a bit of time too, though. So, Monday.

Unless Haley is hiding a basketball under her shirt, some people are going to be very happy with this one!
Since there is Lisa on this picture I assume this is a Haley + Lisa route where they hiding "things" from parents. Gonna get some popcorn

She isn't pregnant at all, her braid has spawned an inner braid that happens to be inside her stomach.
On the Adriana route. The dog did it. Doggystyle, to be exact.
On the Haley + Sandra route...um...well you see. Haley wanted to explain how babies are made to Sandra, so she decided to be a surrogate mother to someone at work. That someone isn't Sandra either! I swear....
On the solo route. The dad did it ( which is technically true )
On the Adriana route. The dog did it. Doggystyle, to be exact.

)Since I started following their story I've loved these twins, especially Haley. All I've every wanted is for them to find a way to spend their lives together. So if she's pregnant, so be it. Hopefully on whatever path you're pursing they will find a way to make it work.

You'd have to play all routes of the game to understand them and probably read through some of the parts of this thread to understand the first two.
Thread search for words like "braid" and "dog" might help a little to find the parts of this thread where we have been joking about them.
The third one seems to be his own little fantasy. Not a bad one, though.

None of that stuff is or will ever be in this game. No bestiality; no sex between Haley and her father. Also, the length of Haley's hair has been a source of humor since the game began.
You are being victimized by well-intentioned people who know everything there is to know about this game, and are just joking among themselves.

Yes, all of it was a joke as I said in my very first sentence. An inside joke.
It seems you missed that essential point.
Everything after that explained what you needed to understand these jokes, what makes them funny to the "insiders".
We joked about Haley's braid that seemed to have its own mind, we joked about the close relationship between Haley and the dog that seemed to tickle a nerve of some players - some were afraid that it turns into beastiality and some hoped that it will.
And the third one, as jamdan now explained, hinted on Victor and his gay partner.
And none of them are true.
