No issues have been reported on Patreon since the game's release!
I made a patch to remove a few bugs but there is nothing more I can do for you!
Ps: patch = do not use an old backup/save files!

I just wasted 2h of my life thinking that the NTR tag means Netori in this game, cant say I didnt enjoy it till the the cursed part but fucking hell im pissed off by it, couldnt finish the game not to mention I waited for the creampie scene with the hot wife (bathtub scene doesnt count) to have a "grand finale" just to lose all the momentum in mere seconds... thank you very much.

Yeah, if you are stuck there, press the UP button and save. Exit to menu, reload and then it works. I encountered it once, I thought oh no, but yeah, the spam save file seems to work, well at least for me it did.
