I had been trying to do this for freaking ages and only just recently figured it out! What the guide so importantly missed out is, you must first 'toss her salad' in her maid outfit.

just place it into the haramase simulator folder (where the game exe is), extract it and you're done (as it'll sort itself out)
The game has normally an update cyclus of one every four years. As the last one whas two years ago the next one will come in two years aka 2025.

Any one know how to set "the Pregnancy Duration to 7 days" ?
i was read somewhere that if i want to unlock 2nd and 3rd Miyu's Achievement i need to set that.

On the main screen when you start up a day, you should see "Options". Go to Options and in the lower right you should see another button called "Gameplay", which affects settings that are game related rather than typical graphics. In there, you can change the Pregnancy Duration, though keep in mind that even the settings bring up that it is risky to change mid-game. I feel like it asks to change pregnancy times at the start of the game, but I'd wait until everyone gives birth then flip that option to see if that works (and save before doing so just in case).
