Just in case anyone is struggling on NTR Defender, I was stuck on it for hours. I figured out the trick. Set the minigame to the easiest difficulty, and when you get to the final stage just don't kill the boss. The stage doesn't end until the boss is defeated and health and ammo constantly spawn in. It's easier to just maintain your sanity and ammo ad infinitum against the endless horde than it is to get 400 points on normal difficulty. The best thing is, once you get to that stage, the hentai ho's and joestar stop spawning, so once you're there you're golden. Get to about 700 kills and then kill the boss. Even if you have shot a few hos and a joestar or two, and even with the negative modifier, that'll easily be enough to beat the big booba tomboy.
