yeah the balance is way off now also with the higher level corrupted mobs that keep spawning but doesnt give much bits

Balance is non-existent after the first run is done and progress is transferred to the next one.
Also, I did 6 runs in a row, but never saw Ring of Mana and (very) rarely a Ring of Cum (non-cursed only). All other rings drops often, but not these two.

You are not the only that never saw a Ring of Mana drop after 5 or 6 runs. I can add a Ring of Strength and Ring of Regeneration, in addition to the mana ring, to the list of rings I never saw.
I saw tons of Recharge and Charm rings, but never saw any of those others. I know I can just cheat one out of the 3D printer, but it doesn't change the sense that something is a bit buggy with the RNG on rings.

I'm still not entirely sure how game handles "Luck" value. You get +5 each time after sex scene. I remember from looking at the code in Assembly that it does affect Damage dealt to enemies, but unsure if it affects items. Luck value is also easily exploitable after several Sedusa's blessings.
Strength and Charm rings are pretty often in my runs. Same with Health and Strength potions, I see tons of them now in each run.

Honestly, the game will probably stay easy until the dev adds harder floors.
Off topic, but I wouldn't mind seeing a boss room randomly generated on each floor though, just an idea. Game rn is too easy, but at least the dev is shaping it. HUGE progress since the first version.

I was lucky, regeneration was the first item that dropped and I've not bothered with anything else since.
Well, I guess that will be my problem then. I haven't skewered my character on every dick that came along, so I am just bumbling along on 260 Luck.
If the game requires someone to have +1000 Luck to have a chance at a regen or strength ring to drop, I am probably never going to see one then.
It's okay, I don't really need it. Didn't need it on my very first loop and since gear and stats stay with you on each loop, I still don't need it. It would be nice to actually see one, but at this point in my loops (6 maybe), a ring of regeneration (or ring of strength) is pretty worthless.
It was always one of those 'holy grail' items in the previous versions of the game, especially if you found one very early in the game. Now that all of your gear and stats stay with you on your next loop, regen rings are kind of MEH at this point.

Throwing weapons - blessed ones especially - is still the meta. And after first run it gets insanely easy. The main difficulty is actually for a fresh game to "collect" all scenes which could take few runs.
So i think what most of us are criticising currently is the lack of end-game. ... in a sex-game. But that speaks for the game concept i suppose.
Anyway, if someone want to suggest something on patreon, then to let me choose not just normal and ghost characters in the scene-viewer, but also corrupted ones.

Throwing blessed weapons was my main strategy in old versions. Now? Just tank through it all with a strength and health regeneration build. You still want to keep some throwable weapons for Succubus and Incubus.
I'd agree that first run 'feels' more brutal, especially with Hardcore mode. Aphrodisiac effect still can "kill" MC pretty quickly just because of unlucky enemy spawns.
And I still wish for Hunger mechanic to come back.

Definitely not pregnancy content. The most we might get are slimes crawling into places they really shouldn't be crawling into.
