First one is masturbation event, second one is a test leftover which won't load (because scene files are missing).
I'm using a custom .dll mod from this post which opens all scenes, otherwise that masturbation event won't unlock properly in gallery.
When version will change, unless scripting data will be changed as well, anyone can make same edits to a .dll file with dnspyEX:
In Game.Data - MetaProgress.cs:
Highlighted part is set to "false" by default. Change to "true" in both cases and whole gallery will be unlocked from the start.

I see that people don't like threesome scenes, but I actually use them during the gameplay for longer ring effects.
Ring Effect (regeneration, for example) duration is same as the cum value MC gets.
The options are not too surprising to me.
I think most every monster in the game has vaginal scenes, so there are a whole stack of enemies that are in line for some butt sex scenes.
Personally, I keep hoping for some titty fuck scenes or some oral action, instead of more anal or vaginal. Just ... something different to break up the monotony.
A standing oral scene with the succubus. A laying titty fuck with the kobold or goblin. A face fuck scene with the vampire. A reverse pile driver scene with the wolfman.
You know, just different things, 'Variety is the spice of life' after all.
It's all good though, game is still awesome even if it doesn't have scenes to cater to kinks I might want in the game.

Agree, although fucking with Succubus and Incubus is a really bad idea in new builds because of prolonged charm effect. In previous builds you could farm Luck value on them, because their cum meter stayed at 20/20 after sex. But now other mobs spawned around can finish your run pretty quickly while you in charmed mode.

After griping about the game not dropping a single regen or strength ring for me in 6 runs, I had felt the urge to hop back in the game and finish off my current run from the level with the blacksmith and the trader.
Nothing on the graveyard level, but on the ice map, I finish a fight with 3 brutes, a wolf man, and 2 succubus, and RNG gives me this:
At this point, I think it is just mocking me.

Well, bringing an ally around those two is bad juju as well (I stopped recruiting allies because of how common they are on later loops).
The succubus was just a 'I wouldn't mind some more girl on girl action' kinda thing. I just want to see my girl get some pussy pleasing action rather than more dick inside her.
I can't remember for certain, but I don't think that ring dropped as a blessed item.
I took that pic when I was in the end game level, ready to start a new loop. I probably ran into a holy shrine and dropped the ring into it, just because.
Plus, I haven't decided if I want to keep the regen ring or not. I only have 2 or 3 inventory slots open for equpiment to sell to the trader, I would have to sacrifice one of my tomes, the blessed sword, or just accept that I only have 2 free slots to collect crap for the trader.

Spoiler alert - there's NO chance for Ring of Mana to drop by the default code (V0.4 EA4) :
PS: Yes, it's possible to patch in the list. I tweaked the code and now Ring of Mana actually have a chance to appear on levels or drop from enemies. Place edited HardStuck.dll in data_HardStuck folder.
Probably should report this find to the developer.
There might be other undocumented/half-implemented test items too, but I'll check it later.
