A lot of people when they first join. Don't know this function exists because its at the literal top of the site.
A bunch of people glance over it, Myself included, because it looks like a normal search bar dedicated for searching up games, You'd never guess it actually searches up key phrases for specific thing in a thread unless someone told you it was there or you bothered to look. Really a design flaw in hindsight by the site.

To me, the only flaw is that you have to go to your profile page to change the search order to 'sort by date' to make the results actually useful.

Nekochan, the devs(NoMoshing) ex-wife, was on-board with the porn game, in fact IIRC she was the one who encouraged him to make it public all those years ago, at the very least she did the character concept arts. NoMoshing has mentioned on multiple occassions that he intends to go back to the game. I don't really know what is keeping him from doing it right now, but I also don't intend to speculate.
