I tweaked some of the wording of the story to imply that the MC does get all or some of them pregnant though, or at least there's a desire to do so.
That's already the vast majority of CG H-games, and certainly the majority of 3DCG games as well. Personally I wish there were more games that had characters with breasts that were actually sized realistically. Honestly some of these games just look like a dude is fucking a skin bag full of fat sometimes and it can be a turn off when the artists think 64HHHHHHHHHH tits are the way to go. Big breasts can be realistic and sexy, but there is absolutely such a thing as too much titty and this game is a damn fine example of that.

In games though it is up to the dev, either he makes her attractive or not and titty size big or small does not matter that much if she is attractive. Though for me I think the extreme big ones only really works if the art is more cartoony as very realistically oriented..
