This may be an unpopular opinion, but I personally can't stand "porn sounds" so if Runey were to decide to add something like it to the H-scenes, I'd hope he'd include an option to toggle it off or on.

Dunno if ya guys have way too much free time, or you're just real good with detailed world building that don't just make some sort of currency but also a concept of how it can be used and how it looks. NOICETheDevian and I developed some fantasy coins for Syl'anar \o/
The bigger piece is called a Crown, the smaller piece is called a Kite. A Kite and a Crown fit together like puzzle pieces.
1 Kite = 5 Syls = $35USD
1 Crown = 10 Syls = $70USD
There's a third piece that locks the two together from behind, which is worth the most. Combined they look like this, and could be worn as a necklace or pendant.
It's not that common anymore, because cash, and of course cards are much more convenient. But it's definitely still accepted.

The problem with those is they turn EVERYTHING on that volume setting off, including things you might want to keep on.
Same, while I love the exhibitionism, and some of the other events, that is not why this is one of my favorite games.
Well, if it is set up the right way, there should be at least 3 volume sliders, one for music, one for SFX, and one for voices, so as long as those voices are set as voices, then that should be the only think you have to turn down. Though for me, I do want to mute almost everything, about the only audio I want in a game is a clicking sound when I click on a button, at most. If they dev wants, they could even separate the sex voices onto their own slider, if they have other voices for other parts of the game.
It took us about two days of work and thinking to make those. The first day was toying with ideas, and thinking of designs, then I showed Runey my initial ideas, loosely inspired by some fantasy and ancient real world coins.

If nothing else, it was good practice, and I got to give back to the the game that gave me so much fun. As a side note, I also made a few other things you may or may not see soon.

Right, and I'm sure Runey knows how to set that up, my experience is that most developers don't or they set it up all on one.

Yeah, I have seen a few really devs really mess that up, one even had the loud music play at one point, even if everything was muted. But yeah, I can't see Runey doing it, if he can't get it done correctly.

Depending on that game's default audio settings, the only slider I will sometimes mess with is the music because there have been times where it's drowned out some important quest dialogue or similar. I'd definitely mute sex noises if they were added only because they always sound phony when used in animation especially.
Although, it could be worse. Just imagine if Runey added this to HH:

Except I'm not, I've never been into games of any kind for sexual content, even ones whose main focus is sexual content. If I want sexual content, I'll go for actual porn I don't have to interact with. I wouldn't change my mind since the sounds would be generic porn sounds and probably from a porno that I could watch without having to interact if I wanted to hear them. Definitely, nothing kills the mood faster than useless noise drowning out important noise like in your example. You're right, they sound fake, they rarely fit with the imagery unless the game has audio specifically recorded for it, again very expensive and not feasible for one man projects, and they are distracting. They are actually a huge turn off for me when I'm gaming, I game to game, when I want to fap, I will choose something that doesn't require interaction so I actually have hands free to do so. When gaming, my hands are on the mouse and, out of habit, WASD.

Even with watching videos, I have to interact, always have one had on the mouse or keyboard, skipping through the boring parts, changing files when I get bored, etc...
I need to do something to feel engaged. I want to care about the people and what they are doing. That is why games like this are the best.
One of the things I like best about this one is that the story and the sex are kind of two different things, while there are sex scenes in the story, most of the sex stuff is optional and repeatable, so there are two sides to this game, the story part, and the sex scenes, and generally you can do the parts you want, when you want, and with whom you want.

i agree... although i have to admit, a lot of the time i just don't want to spend the time having to read the story, especially if it's badly written (for whatever reason). so even if the choices don't really do anything (which is true for a decent number of VNs), skipping over everything except those provides a fairly decent overview of the story
