well, I just said the option... never said it should be mandatory. It would incentivize replaying, not a new trick; many games let you play with different approaches, I am sure you have seen RPGs where you can slay everyone, kidnap people, etc and you get negative points, or if you play as a 'nice guy' you get positive points, first games that come to mind that used this method are Mass Effect and Dragon Age just to name two big names as reference.
The game is already awesome, with more options it would be just even more so
And for the most part, 4 training options have been planned to be the minimum amount. So it's likely that more options will be added to the dungeon and exhibitionism training. What would you like to see?

Not the person you asked, but I'd love at some point to just build on what you already have. We have a bar - we could do stuff there with the other girls. Build on the coffee shop / beach for the girls who don't have events there. We've gone to the movies once or twice, maybe a date option that could lead to play there as well.
I'm sure you'll get posts asking for every other fetish in the world, but fleshing out existing locations / events I think would have more weight since you've already invested time in creating those to begin with.
options like:
- a collar around their neck
- the option to walk them as dogs (and if they have high stats in exhibitionism maybe do so in public?)
- a wider range of punishment tools (that bring different results depending on their stats, say the bullwhip make you lose more affection but grants more submission than the crop)

A higher chance that they can't hold it in the dungeon. At low levels, they don't listen because they are defiant, at higher levels, they just like to be punished.

No, AFAIK, you need to have the last version to use the update, so being two updates back you will need the full version.
I'll be honest, the story is very intriguing; this has been one of those games that I enjoy both for the lewd aspect and the story. Though I think that realistically speaking at this point the porn and story aspect are intertwined and serve as the primary focus. Much of the story and character interactions would feel bland and generic were it not for the intimacy you build between the MC and the various characters in the game (I'm not particularly big into harem style stuff to begin with, always felt a bit forced most of the time). But you've done a really good job of fleshing out the individual girls, their progression in bonding with the MC, and using their sexual desires to more or less expand them from simple one or two dimensional characters to fairly fully realized individuals that you feel for. I'm very interested in Vanessa's story & progression, I'd love to see you have one or two characters that fully delve into the more BDSM side of things. Not just for the fun BDSM scenes, but for actually exploring the aspects of trust, connection, and communication that a healthy BDSM relationship often encourages.

You're right, mostly, on all of those things but no explanation of them is in the game itself. I expected the MC to ask Sylvia why she didn't think Faeries might be behind the queen's power when she was explaining the military formations at the burger joint. I expected the MC to ask why Sylvia was wanted dead if the queen released her, WE know why but the question would be natural in that situation and then the situation would be understood by the ensuing explanation. You can have the best explanation for these things in the world but if they're not in the game there are always going to be people like me, coming here asking how this stuff adds up when XYZ. I said i like your game Runey, er, visual novel, i'm not slagging you or it off, this is feedback, this is what i experienced, if you're fine with that and this discussion of it that's up to you and if you have a problem with my experience you can either tell me to get bent or add some stuff to your VN, it's all up to you, i'm not forcing or demanding you to do anything, please don't think i'm attacking you. Poor shorthand on my part, for me i divide games with sex content in them into 'smut games', those that have sex content and story and 'fap games', those that are just for masturbation and have little to no story. I summarise both up as porn games but that's not bad generalisation in my head, it's just short hand between mainstream games that make a big deal about showing a nipple and games made for adults by adults containing a perfect normal part of adult life. My statement about these kinds of games and visual novels most often going down the more-story/less-sex route after the early arcs are completed still stands though, just seems it was the original plan in your case.
Yeah, that's why I've always marketed it as being an Adult Visual Novel. As opposed to a Mature Visual Novel. Adult usually implies lewd bits. However, I would like to look more into making a SFW version of Harem Hotel, and probably give it a different name that fits, so the game can be on more platforms. I would only do so if the story and game were still interesting though, and I haven't given it more than just a thought.
To be honest, I do somewhat agree with the sentiment that the game becomes very "plot heavy" at certain points. However, I'm not sure where exactly I stand on the issue.
One one side, it's the plot and story that allows us to grow more attached to these characters and prevents them from remaining boring 2-dimensional walking tropes. Learning about these girls and their history is what makes them interesting. The abuse Ashley endured, the religious responsibilities Autumn grew up with, Lin's history as an elf, all of these make them who they are in the present. And I'm not against further character development because for the most part I like the characters. Having none of this plot would just make this a boring sex simulator. At that point you might as well just watch porn.
On the other hand, there were a few times where I felt like the pendulum swung a little too far in the other direction, where it felt like the plot heaviness kind of came out of nowhere (namely Maria's and Lin's story arcs). However, that could just be because of my particular playthrough (due to the order I went through events and such) and it wouldn't be representative of everyone else's experience.
Nevertheless, I respect the creative vision because (as Runey just explained), this is an Adult Visual Novel, not a "porn game". I'd be lying if I didn't go into this with "porn game expectations" though lol.

I would wish for an option where I can select some special XXX scenes freely.
Comparable is the dungeon where you go to and then select the girl you want and can choose what to do.
Or how it is in the Rooms of the girls.
I like the possibility to have the decision what to do.
For example, every Sunday evening after a specific progress in the game (and if no special event is blocking that time slot) I have the option to choose an event with a girl (or many) that is far enough in friendship level to have unlocked.
An example would be. Go to Marias room and tell her "Lets go into the shower together". Then have a repeatable sex scene in the shower.
Currently you have to know on what day Maria is in the shower and you need to know it for all the girls if you want to see them.
With this it would maybe also be possible to re-use older content repeatedly in the story flow and not static like a gallery.
For the shower scene:
Just change the beginning and end form the normal shower scene. Add some new dialog to change the current existing "going into the shower by accident/or getting caught spying" for example to "she is already waiting in the shower for you to come inside" and play the old animation.
Something like this could create nice possibilities like options in the dialog if you unlock cloth, locations or toys:
MC: Want to meet in the shower room for some fun?
Maria: Sure sounds great. Want me to were my bikini today?
Or call Kate by phone and ask her for a little private time in the hot springs.
Then have some options to choose.
Visit the tree house with Moon again by calling her and asking to visit there again.
SO my wish would be the function:
On special time slot -> Select Girl(s) -> select possible location -> select options.
And you created a lot of locations by now. (Bar, Garden, HotSpring, Sanctum, Shower, Utility Room…..)

To me, this comes off just like "This book has too many words and not enough pictures." In that sense, my response would be "This isn't a comic book, it's a novel."
Or plainly speaking, Harem Hotel is an Adult Visual Novel, not a porn game. I try to keep the ratio of story to porn as 3:1, but sometimes story prevents lewd action, such as when they shouldn't be in the mood due to something big happening in their story. v0.15 has a lot of lewd content.

I appreciate it, but all routes will stay NSFW, Autumn's route will have a more traditional dating experience. It will lead to vaginal instead of almost starting with it. But I am not interested in adding decisions that change the direction of the story, that would double my work already and I already do a lot of work, so it would only end up making each update feel shorter. Harem Hotel is a book in game form with pictures, so it will remain quite linear.
