1- For heaven's sake add the option for avoiding girls we don't like... This is sandbox game not some kinetic novel and events being tied to other girl's story progress along with lewd stuff and you are literally forced to do them makes zero sense. There should be an option for avoiding doing things with them, normally I would say there should be an option to say them leave the hotel but I know you not gonna do that much hard job, so I'm even ok with progressing their levels with a choice of being friendly with them, acting rude against them (Like being rude against Ashley because of acting bitch to other girls, slapping them etc) and not doing lewd stuff, etc. Especially Ashley is just a pain in the ass. She is egoist, rude, bossy, annoying, and crazy AF. Its just makes my blood boil to see she is treating other girls like a shit and constantly saying MC is his boyfriend and acting like she owns him... And hypocritically MC saying her mom he will let her stay for free?! Seriously?! Why do I have zero right about this subject as a player?!
Harem Hotel is what I would consider a Visual Novel, it certainly has sandbox elements, but it is primarily a Visual Novel.
I do want to add the feature of making every sex scene optional. Possibly in v0.16
Events being tied to other's actually makes a lot of sense and is sometimes a requirement to make sense for those who care about the story.
It also sounds like you want to make entire characters optional, which is very hard to do and still have the story making sense. But I am also considering some sort of skip event feature.
Umm... I'm not sure how any of what you said is hypocritical, but I understand you don't like Ashley and would prefer to skip her content. That is noted. I'd like to improve in this area.
2- Nearly all girls are based on lust, even love routes feel like lust routes with little changes and that makes things boring. You gotta add some girls or change some girl's more romance-based paths so it could give better diversity.
This really confuses me, I'm not sure what you're asking for. Are you saying you want all the girls to be based on lust? Does that mean you want a route where you fuck them and nothing else? Harem Hotel is a visual novel, and I'm not interested in adding sex only routes. And I'm just lost at what the girl's romance based paths are and how making them sexual would be more diverse.
3- Even after 3-4 year of development there is still some girls/women who have literally zero content like Ellen, so you should maybe add more content for them?
Ellen literally has 6 events, you can see this in the stats page.

It seems like you prefer women with big tits, and this seems to be a big source of your dislike of the game. Specifically that you're forced to interact with characters you don't prefer. Making more things optional is still something I would like to add.
All "extreme sex" is definitely optional, only vanilla stuff is currently not. Unless you count face sitting and cunnilingus as extreme forms of sex? Either way, I would like to make all sex optional for sure.
Again, Ellen definitely has content. 6 events. You can check how many she has in the stats menu. I'm guessing you're just trying to say you want more content from her?
You mentioned Lust and Love Routes again in your review, but I'm still lost on what you mean. No girl's route is based on lust at all, and only two of the side characters even have routes you can choose. If you're talking about just Nia and Sylvia, the love route is about their story, the slave route is there for those who just want to treat them as sex slaves. Those routes are very different from each other.
The game's quality has been improved quite a lot since the game first released, but it sounds like you're looking for PS5 level graphics. That is not something I will be able to provide, I'm just an indie dev.
