the Dev said virgin, so she is a virgin at the start of the game. If i remember correctly your elf can say No to sex. so if you have to quantify it in your head for this game, several of her owners were female; or had very observant or attentive wives, etc.
Pre 7.2, an elf could say no to sex since the enslavements began. That history has been altered to now be elves gained the right to say no to sex in the current human generation.
My point being the fact that they did sell her, several times, so that boost in value does come into play.
Nope. The conversation between Lin and Kali about the start of the enslavements had Lin telling Kali that after she was picked up, a friendly slaver informed her of her rights: right to food, right to sleep, and right to refuse sex, but not freedom of speech.
I changed it in v0.7, but it's been since like v0.3 or v0.4 that those rights were decided upon and set in stone.I had just messed up during that event and needed to go fix some lore. It happens some times.

You'd think, "I'm taking a break for a couple months," combined with the game only being updated once every few months to begin with would make people anticipate a several month gap, but apparently not.
The (potential?) new character looks OK, but what would be that character's impact to the story?
I don't think the character would even be possible without her front hair. I just don't see her existing without it. It fits her personality almost perfectly.
Side character for Maria's story, like Jin and Lucia.
