Guys, just turn off your router, wait a minute, and start it again.
That resets your IP and lets you continue the download.
Its ok to refresh the MEGA window, too.
Edit for update: I just downloaded it. I had to reset router twice but its done. It works perfectly. Good luck.

A quick and simple trick to bypass GDrive download limit:
- Add it to your Drive (The GDrive icon with the + on top right).
- In your Drive, right click the file -> Make a copy.
- Download the copy.
- Add it to your Drive (The GDrive icon with the + on top right).
- In your Drive, right click the file -> Make a copy.
- Download the copy.
