If you're on PC/mac, simply click the Mega link for v0.9.2, drag the folder outside of the zip onto your desktop, and double click the .exe.

Is there a way to download only the fresh content? Or an actualization patch where you download only certain files and then just dump the new, altered files into the game files (already in your PC from prior downloads) into your old game and replace the outdated stuff? I love the game but downloading 4.31 GB (and counting) time and again when there is fresh content - even if you wait between updates as I do - is becoming a real pain in the neck. The game has a lot of (high quality) art that should not need to be replaced just to add another outfit.

There's no point. The alpha adds 5 minutes of content, but you have to redownload the entire game, which has bugs that could break your save. Not to mention it's already outdated.
Stick with v0.9 or wait for a better build to drop unless you'd like to test it
