It could result in one of the lesser endings if that were the case lol - society isn't accepting of the idea at all, we already know their future child gets it rough via other Runey works and of course there is the other issues of marrying her over other options like the Yandere tendencies of Ashley, the religious beliefs of likes of Autumn, the viewpoint on such a union from the elven races or the fact your not marrying Kali the literal most eligable richest Bachelorette in the land with the integral influence and wealth needed to make a more compartable life for said marriage to be a happy one. The most powerful man in the story is married to a half-elf which is deeply frowned upon by Lucy and it turns out as i recall from replay in herself was from Cornwalls family so had a great deal of influence making this happen (not many can have the clout of both families to smooth over such a contraversial union).
Thats assuming marriages will end up being a thing by the end game. I think Runey has already in spades showed a love for deeper emotional storytelling proved he is beyond just the usual cop out 'he marries the whole lot of them and lives happily ever after' harem ending but marriages might still be an option. Maybe she can end up being the most powerful Elf in the land usurping one of the queens thus making it a more reasonable proposition but i dunno. Its an interesting game with a mix of heart warming relationships and dark dillemmas fully explored on screen. For every joyful happy heart warming scene there is a storyline exploring abandonment, lonlyness, isolation, torture, slavery, abuse, depression, anxiety and even fear of dying with the girls... thank god for all the sex scenes to distract us from all of this every now and again - our hearts can only take so much! lol (Autumn doesnt realise shes got all this to come haha - I can only guess via her religious family as shes slowly relenting on her strict religious teachings even openly questioning them regarding the elves and of course the whole sex is tabboo side of it)
