Going by those errors, the problem is that the update package has some duplicate files in them. Some people on discord reported issues with the update files too, but a full download of v0.19 worked fine.

I believe that Runey was working on something with the outfits, but I do not know if it has been added yet.

I would like to know if the 0.19 version that came out recently is compatible with the 0.19 beta4 version since I have made a lot of progress and I don't want to start over.

I progressed in the beta and loaded with the new 0.19, I do get an error on save load, but after pressing "ignore" (which hopefully wont have any serious repercussions for me later on <insert clueless meme>) it works fine for me.
And if it won't work in the future, then I'll get a lesson in reading the warnings about beta versions, lmao.

apparently after not playing the game for close to 3 years what save file I did have is no longer valid, so I now have to completely restart the game...

There was a save file posted for up to and including 18.2 within the last half dozen pages or so, and someone had posted the new list of codes a few pages before that.

I posted the save a few pages back. Couple folks have said it works still, so barring v19 bugs, it's there. I put a request in to see if they can update the front page for the cheat codes. Not sure why that wasn't done originally when everything started.

Yea I might have to check the discord. It says Nia is 9/10 for me with an exclamation point next to her, but whether I enter lobby or sanctuary, nothing is triggering

If you look at the history of Harem Hotel releases, you will learn a lot about deciding when to download.

When it comes to beta's and pre releases: Don't do it.
When it comes to the first full release, such as 18, and just about every full release before that: Patience is a virtue.

Typically there are two bug fix releases after the full release comes out.
With version 18.0, there were 2 revisions with bug fixes, making the release number 18.2.

I'm waiting, and watching the comments in here, because you can learn a lot about a game by reading the comments before downloading.

I've started a new game on the new patch, anyone getting errors when trying to explore the Beach for the first time?

Can confirm, with a fresh full download of v19 there was a single character error in the code at the given line. Wait for a hotfix before attempting to visit the beach.

I get an error trying to check out the beach during explore the city section. Is there no content there yet and thus this does not matter?
